Conditions

All Bookings need to be confirmed with a deposit of $150 per person within seven (7) days of booking. Balance of fare is required six (6) weeks prior to departure of your tour holiday. For bookings made within the six (6) weeks of departure, the full amount is required upon making your booking and will be subject to availability of accommodation. We suggest early bookings to save disappointment.

Cancellation Fees

  • A fee of $150.00 will be charged for cancellations between 4 and 6 weeks prior to departure.
  • A 50% fee of full fare will be charged for cancellations between 4 and 1 week prior to departure.
  • 100% of full fare will be charged for cancellations within 1 week prior to departure.

For Concerts, the deposit varies depending on ticket prices. Passengers needing to cancel 6 weeks prior to a Concert's departure date are required to find suitable replacement. No monies will be refunded after this date.

Insurance

Personal insurance will not be arranged by Hannaford's Coachers Pty Limited. It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain adequate insurance to cover his/her loss of cancellation fees, lost or damaged baggage and personal assets and all other risks. The insurance is available through your local travel agent, but in most cases an excess clause applies.

TT-Line Indeminity

TT-Line involvement in a tour is a sea carrier only and that the TT-Line shall carry no responsibility for statements in the literature relating to a tour or any of it's features and the Agent shall indemnify the TT-Line against any claim action, loss or damage which may be made against the TT-Line may occur, as a result of any mis-description or misleading information, contained in the tour literatire.
